Knox Iron Company

Here are members of the Iron Company of captain Isidore Knox. The Iron Company was hired by the Neontology Trading Company.

Here they are attacked by velociraptors (from Copplestone Castings). The scene was inspired by those renaissance paintings where men in full plate armour attack bears, armed only with a dagger.

Groups of raptors are far more dangerous than big carnivorous dinosaurs, as any Chris Peers' Saurian Safari player could tell you.

The minis come from Ironclad Miniatures, who manufacture nice steam tanks among others. They were one of my few purchases in Salute.

They are of course inspired by Ned Kelly.
